We currently offer two shipping options for within the UK: Standard Tracked (£4.50; 48 Hr Royal Mail) and Express Tracked (£5.50; 24 Hr Royal Mail). Shipping is free within the UK if you spend over £75, and will be automatically applied at checkout. We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for Standard Shipping and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Express Shipping. This is subject to change but we will always do our best by you as we want you to receive your items quickly and in one piece!

We endeavour to ship out all items within the time quoted on the banner on our Home Page. This will vary depending on time of the year and how use we are with orders, but we will always be transparent with you about lead times. Many of our items are personalised or made-to-order, and I run all aspects of the business solo, alongside raising a young family, so sometimes orders may backed up or delayed. In such cases, I will reach out to you to inform you of the revised expected shipping date. Once your item(s) have been handed over to our courier, you will received a tracking number in your dispatch email, which you will be able to use to follow up on where your parcel is. Yes we do! However, with recent events post-Brexit, it has become increasingly difficult to ship to Europe and so currently we do not offer this option as standard. If you are in Europe and you would like to order from us, please reach out to Gigi on Instagram @folk.a.dot or email hello@folkadot.co.uk before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
